Shipping & Returns
We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Our customer service reps are ready to assist you with order questions or easy 15 day returns, replacements or exchanges.
Easy 15 Day Returns:
In the event your item arrives damaged, pick up and replacement are processed promptly. Please contact us upon receipt of the item.
Returns for reasons other than damage please retain original packaging and contact us for return authorization code and instructions within 15 days for exchange or item cost refund. For items shipped free and returned for reasons other than damage, item cost refund is determined by deducting a 15% ($10 minimum) shipping cost.
Important! Addresses and instructions for returns vary since some of our items ship manufacturer direct. Please follow the steps below for authorization and instruction before sending your item back.
1. Email replicasir@gmail.com or call to request a return authorization code and instructions.
2. Pack the item in the original container with all original packing materials plus enclose the return authorization code and return via UPS, EMS or Fed Ex insured to the address we provide you.
Returns must be sent insured in case of damage in transit.
Please Note: Unauthorized, poorly packed or non-insured packages will be refused/returned to sender.
Items must be in new, unused condition and original product packaging is required for returns.
